1992, 25th August Joint Stock Company Eugesta was established using private capital. During the first year of operation, only 5 employees worked for the company. Eugesta started its activity by importing food products from Western Europe to Lithuania.

 

1994, - the company acquired its first prime movers and started providing freight transportation services on international routes between countries in Western Europe, the Baltic States and CIS countries.

 

1995, - with the beginning to import and distribute Wrigley and Ferrero products, the company laid strong foundations for further development of food products portfolio and distributional network all over Lithuania. The company’s branches were established in major cities of Lithuania.

 

1996, 18th December Eugesta was established in Latvia and started its operations in 1997, February.

 

1998 distribution of fresh dairy products with temperature controll  requirement have first started in Lithuania and followed in Latvia at 2005.

 

1999, - the exclusive distribution rights of Colgate-Palmolive in Lithuania are received and Latvia follows in 2000. Thus non-food products have also been included into the stock of distributable goods.

 

2000, - the company offered a new service – renting and selling of coffee-making systems to HoReCa segment (hotels, restaurants, cafes, and other catering institutions), offices, and other institutions.   

 

2004, - we extend our list of services introducing 'logistical service provision', which is activated with the first clients: Henkel, Pernod Ricard, following with Unilever, Nestle, Laima Lita, Reckitt Benckiser and others.  

 

2005, - the warehouse located in Vilnius was renovated and expanded.

 

2007 an automatic warehouse management system was introduced.

 

2007, September new A class warehouse and office opened in Riga, Latvia.

2008, 1st July Eugesta has started its business activities in Estonia by the acquisition of the logistics and distribution company.
 

2009, 1st January Lithuania started marketing the products of Kimberly-Clark Company.

 

2009, September we moved to new warehouse and central office in Vilnius.

 

2009 merchandising service was re-structurised to become independed merchandising service provider. First clients for the service signed end 2009 in Latvia and expanded into Lithuania and Estonia next year.

 

2010, - first 3PL logistical services have started.

 

2010, April Eugesta Eesti AS expands its FMCG portfolio and acquires the distributional business of similar profile company in Estonia.

 

2010, July Prike LT and Eugesta have merged it's portfolio and services for the effective market management in Lithuania.

 

2010, August we moved to new warehouse and central office in Estonia.

 

2011, April Nestle Purina petfood has been accepted to the potfolio in Latvia.

 

2012, November Eugesta starts supply services for Beiersdorf inLithuania
